What is Rugby?
Rugby is an all-inclusive sport for every age, size, and speed. To learn a little more about this physically and mentally demanding sport, we recommend these videos.
How are age groups determined?
The age cut-off dates for Youth Rugby in SoCal before September 1st leading into the season.
Example: If your child is 9 years old on September 1st, they would play on the U10 team. If they are 10 years old on September 1st, they would play on the U12 team.
